Train At Home
White Room Fitness will meet you at your home at your convenience to discuss your needs and to explain how we operate. We will assess the best kind of programme in the light of your goals and allocate the most suitable Personal Trainer for you. We understand that most clients are short of time with a busy timetable, so we will agree the optimum schedule of sessions possible with regular “slots” at the times and days that work best for you. At the initial meeting we shall also assess the space that you have to work-out in, to ensure that it is practical; alternatively your apartment may well have a shared gym available.
At your first session, a White Room Fitness personal trainer will do a medical and fitness assessment to evaluate your strengths and weaknesses, which forms the basis for designing your own exercise programme. Included in our service, we then will bring training kit appropriate to your needs which will include items such as weights, mat, step bench, swiss ball & resistance bands to enhance your exercise.
Once you get going, we will keep you on track and give you stacks of encouragement along the way - all in the privacy & convenience of your own home.
We provide Training At Home in Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Sloane Square, Victoria, Westminster & Pimlico.
An Introduction Course of 18 x 1 hour sessions is the normal starting point, with regular training 2x or 3x per week. Once this is completed most clients see the benefits of training as part of their lifestyle, and switch to 6 month courses.

At any time we are able to provide you with gym design options that would include more expensive equipment such as treadmills, bikes, multi-stations, work benches etc which can be fitted into the available space in your home and which are suitable for your specific needs.
Aches, pains and rehab
It is inevitable that when you embark on a new exercise regime your body needs to adjust. So we include a 1 hour White Room Signature Full Body Massage in your Introduction Course which one of our therapists will provide at our White Room Beauty Salon in Knightsbridge or at your home. If your exercise programme includes rehab from injury, we can provide you with a Senior Musculoskeletal & Sports Physiotherapist to help your recovery.
