Your exercise regime is carefully programmed, and personal training fitness sessions are enjoyed with the latest cardio, weights, resistance and stretching and rehab machines plus a separate Pilates studio with Reformer machine. Whatever your age, it will not take long before you begin to see your shape, tone and fitness improve, and you will experience increased levels of energy. Better posture and core strength will give you greater confidence - friends will see a new invigorated "you".
On arrival you will be taken to your own personal limestone luxury shower room with interior touch control CD and radio systems. This is uniquely yours for your whole fitness session. Get ready for your work out here, and then enjoy an invigorating post work out refresh with complimentary Valmont or luxury shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion and sumptuous over sized towels.
