Relieve spinal and postural problems with ELDOA method

As a full time Personal Trainer, I have experienced more postural problems over the years than any other physical issue. This motivated me to learn more about spinal health, and as a result I read up on a revolutionary method called the ELDOA, which is way of normalising the function of the Spine. This is achieved by postural exercises, which are not yoga, meditation, or even fitness. It is Science based and the results when done over time can be profound.
