2-3 Week Taster

You know you need to take exercise - every article you read tells you so. But you have no idea how unfit you really are or what to do about it. Take 6x 1 hour Personal Training sessions over 2-3 weeks and find out.
We start with an InBody Scan to establish some basic facts about your weight, body fat & muscle mass, plus we check your heart rate, blood pressure and any known injuries or weaknesses. We discuss realistic goals and how to improve your strength and fitness. At your 6th session we give you a report on initial progress and a way forward. You can then keep going forward …. or not – it’s up to you.

See Your Potential

Get going. Your first session will include an initial Functional Movement and InBody Screen to highlight any need for adaptation of exercises, plus advice on realistic expectations of goals. Nutritional guidelines can be provided if needed.

Training. You will have a total of 6x 1 hour sessions of Personal Training at our luxury private fitness gym. We will schedule your appointments to times that fit into your routine based on 2x or 3x sessions per week. Each session is individually designed and recorded so that we can see the initial progress that you have made and the potential to achieve more.

Results. After this short programme you will be given a report to show your key health facts, the initial signs of improvement and an assessment of how to reach your goals. You can then decide if you wish to continue on a longer Course or not.

Typically clients will want to achieve toning and strength, gain definition and improve core, and lose some weight. Clients may also be hampered by minor injuries or restricted movements which need addressing.
