Kick-start Your Fitness
Get going. Your first session will include an initial Functional Movement and InBody Screen to highlight any need for adaptation of exercises, plus advice on realistic expectations of goals. You will be sent nutritional guidelines to ensure the you can observe the correct amounts of calorie, protein, vitamins etc.
Training. You will have a total of 20x 1 hour sessions of Personal training at our luxury private fitness gym. We will schedule your appointments to times that fit into your routine based on 4x or 5x sessions per week. Emphasis is on resistance training, the most beneficial for body composition; every session is individually designed & continuously fine-tuned according to your progress.
Results.
We regularly record key Exercises, Strength and InBody Screening so that we can monitor progress. Ultimately the end result is down to you, but we will be with you every step of the way. Typically clients will want to achieve fat/weight loss whilst gaining definition, toning and muscle; however the programme is also suitable for naturally thin clients to increase muscle and gain strength.
